The observation post was in Recoleta, just a half kilometer away from Francisco Gallo's residence, not too close or too far for the team to keep a proper watch on it. The OP was also in a mostly vacant apartment building, arranged informally with the management, which helped in avoiding notice, and reducing the evidence of their ever having been there.
